ENTERTAINING
RECIPES
Most of us love to have company
at the lake, but don’t want to spend all day in the kitchen
preparing and cleaning up meals. Enjoy your time
at the lake, and entertain with style, without spending all your time
cooking and cleaning. This section is all about being able to serve gourmet
quality food without all the fuss. Thanks to my many wonderful lake
friends, I have collected many shortcuts and easy to make recipes.
Cookbooks are great, but the dishes in them
often require too many ingredients and too much preparation time. All the
recipes here (except for the ones in the Rainy Day Options section) have
been selected because they are very quick and easy to prepare, using the
fewest pots and pans and yet they are delicious and fresh. They can also
serve large groups of people.
I hope you enjoy trying the recipes on this web site, and
that you continue having the time of your life at the lake.
