6 oz. warm apple cider (microwave in mug about 1 minute) Add 2 oz. Tuaca or other vanilla liquor, top with a dollop of whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Mix equal parts of bottled sour mix and amaretto. Shake well with cracked ice and serve.
1/2 Cup Triple Sec 1 Cup Vodka 1 Cup liquid sweet and sour mix 1 Cup lemonade Mix well and serve with ice.
In a tall glass, mix: 1-1/2 oz. dark or golden rum About 6 oz. of cold ginger beer A twist of lime or dash of Rose's lime juice. Fill the rest of the glass with ice
Rum Punch Mon
Variant of the Bahama Mama. Mix all
ingredients together in a pitcher. Pour creation over ice cubes in any type
of cup or glass. Just change ounces into cups and you’ll have a large batch
made up in no time.
Bahama Mama 1-1/2 oz.regular light Rum 2 oz. Coconut Rum 1/4 to 1/2 oz. lemon juice to taste 1 oz. Grenadine 2 oz. Pineapple Juice 2 oz. Orange Juice
My favorite boat drink of all time has to be the Bahama Mama. I like to make up a five-gallon container of these for a party. Just change ounces into cups and you’ll have a large batch made up in no time. Remember to taste test! One warning – if it is spilled the red grenadine will stain your carpet, so it is best used at an outdoor party.
No Pina Colada 1-1/2 oz. coconut Rum 1/2 oz. pineapple juice
For smaller gatherings I like to make these. You will not believe how good this tastes!
1-1/2 oz. gold Tequila 1 oz. triple sec (more or less, adjust according to the sweetness of the brand) Juice of 1/2 to 1 lime depending on how juicy they are.
Serve over crushed ice in a short glass or a
margarita glass. Salt the rim if you must, but I never do. This one takes a
bit more time due to the squeezing of the limes, so we only do it when we
have some extra time. Of course, all the Parrot Heads out there will be sure to enjoy Dad’s famous Real Margarita.
1 oz. Vodka 1 oz. Tequila 1 oz. Rum 1 oz. Gin 1 oz. Triple Sec 1 1/2 oz. bottled sour mix
Mix together in large pitcher. Pour over ice and add splash Coca-Cola to each glass. Add lemon slice if desired. Change the ounces to cups, or whatever measurement is appropriate to make larger baches. Pour over ice and add the coke on a per glass basis.
